Welcome to Briggs Photos. These Photo Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our photography, images, and related services (collectively, the “Photos”). By accessing, downloading, purchasing, or using our Photos, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All Photos provided by Briggs Photography are the exclusive property of Briggs Photos or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
